Transportation & Travel Questions
Is transportation one way or return?
A: All transportation is one way only - guests will need to make their own arrangements for return travel

Q: What time is my group 'actually departing'?
A: You are requested to arrive at your departure point for your MEETING TIME you will depart very shortly after this so please do not expect your leader to wait for you. Most groups will depart within 10 minutes of the meeting time

Q: What type of transportation am I travelling on?
A: ALL routes are pedestrian so you be prepared to do some walking of less than 1km / 15 minutes. Unless you have specifically booked the Water Taxi all travel is any of the following mode - Tube/Train/Bus/Foot for a few group you may need to board 2 modes of transporation

Q: What if I have mobility issues?
A: Please contact your group leader to discuss this or email [email protected] 

Q: What if my things are too heavy to carry?
A: Please pack as light as you can, there will be some walking.

Q: What time if I am held up at work or in traffic?
A: Please ensure that you have selected a departure point that is best suited to your day's scheule. Keep in regular contact with your Table Leader as they can advise you about your options

     Wine & Champage orders close on 16.10.2019 @ 23:59[GMT]/ 11:59pm
     All other e-store items close on 14.10.2019 @ 23:59[GMT]/ 11:59pm

Q: How do I let you know about my food & wine selection?
A: Complete this form by 14.10.2019 @ 23:59[GMT]/ 11:59pm

Weather Questions
Will I be cold?
A: We will be creating some lovely warm spaces for you to enjoy throughout the evening so dress warmlyand prepare for a rain or shine event

Decor Questions
Can I bring candles?
A: No naked flames are permited however you are free to bring electric candles for illumination. Real candles can be brought for decorative purposes but must not be lit at any point during the evening 

Q: What is the policy on glassware?
You cannot have any of the following
- Glass Champagne flutes
- Glass wine glasses
- Glass tumblers
- Glass juice or soft drink bottles
Everything else will be fine including your table decor displays.
So get creative!
